But not to Global CNC customers. When we enter into a manufacturing partnership with OEM or first-tier supplier, we take care of their every need. Beginning with pre-production design and manufacture - we provide every conceivable production process - then onto test and inspection, even packaging, the Global CNC service is a complete service.

From miniature press parts produced in batches of 100,000 to one-off fabrications weighing 10 tones or complete components that incorporate electronics, pneumatics or hydraulics, Global CNC has the in-house capability to handle every need.
Beginning with comprehensive design facilities (CAD) able to accept design data digitally, Global CNC production prowess involves a comprehensive range of conventional and CNC machine tools covering every metal cutting and metalworking process (even composites), alongside tool room skills and assembly expertise.
Every metal cutting and metal forming process - in any batch size - can be handled on our extensive portfolio of machines. And our finishing capability is equally impressive, with in-house capability for plating, painting, shot blasting and heat treatment, for example.
Quality control routine incorporate all standard practices including co-ordinate measuring. Clean room applications are also accommodated. And full testing is provided.

Cost-Conscious
This can include kanban supply to customer sites, where output is based on just-in-time manufacturing. In cases, Global CNC holds stocks and replenishes the production lines when required.
Alternatively, commodity kitting is increasingly being adopted by customers wishing to receive kits of parts for assembly.
In addition, our bench-to-bench services also involve Global CNC assembly components and providing them boxed and labelled ready for dispatch to the end user.
